Dan Padden, CPA  PFS  ( dan@paddencooper.com )

Dan specializes in tax and financial planning for the firms closely held business and individual clients. He is currently a Registered Investment Advisor, member of the American Institute of CPA's, the New Jersey Society of CPA?s and is also licensed as a Personal Financial Specialist by the AICPA.

Dan began his accounting career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1977 as a revenue agent in Chicago, Illinois. After working as a revenue agent he was hired by Touche Ross in Philadelphia, a large international accounting firm within their tax department. After several years with Touche Ross Dan was hired by Butcher and Singer, a regional broker dealer firm, as a Vice President for their tax services group. It was following Butcher and Singer that Dan founded Padden and Company.

Dan is a graduate from Grove City College in 1977 with a BS in Accountancy and a minor in Economics. He is married with seven children, residing in Southampton, New Jersey


Steve Cooper, CPA PFS (steve@paddencooper.com)

Steve received his bachelor?s degree from Drexel University.  He is certified in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (including the Tax and Personal Financial Planning Divisions), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Steve started his career in public accounting with an international firm and, for over thirty years, has been in an ownership capacity of a certified public accounting firm that provides comprehensive business, tax and personal financial planning services to a wide array of clients. These include law firms, health care professionals, manufacturing companies, retail and wholesale organizations, heating oil and gasoline distributors, professional athletes, coaches, and entertainers.  Steve is also licensed as a Genworth Securities Representative ? FINRA Series 7, and has passed the Uniform Combined State Law ? FINRA Series 66 and may offer securities through Genworth Financial Securities Corporation, Member FINRA/SIPC. In addition, he is licensed to sell life and health insurance. Steve is also licensed with the College of Forensic Examiners Institute (Cr.FA)

Steve is a past president of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, and a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP).  He is also a past board member of the Cinnaminson PAL Organization and served as the Baseball Commissioner.

Steve and his wife, Janice, reside in Southampton, New Jersey and are the parents of four children and three grandchildren.  He is a member of Laurel Creek Country Club and enjoys golf and traveling.

                             

William Lawson, CPA   ( bill@paddencooper.com  )

A 1969 graduate of LaSalle College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Bill is certified in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Hollydell School (formerly the Cerebral Palsy Center of Gloucester and Salem Counties).

Bill has been a member of the firm since 1986 and has over 40 years of public accounting experience, including 6 years with an international firm.  Bill services clients in a wide variety of industries, including professional services, not-for-profit, retail sales and construction. He is active locally and has been a member of Rotary International for over 35 years. 

Bill and his family have resided in Medford, New Jersey for over 30 years.

 

Brad Denn, CPA  PFS  ( brad@paddencooper.com ) 

Brad Denn has over 15 years of public accounting experience.  His expertise focuses on tax, financial, estate planning as well as small business consulting.  Brad is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist.  Brad holds securities licensing in the series 7, 6, 63, 65, and has his Life and Health Insurance License in NJ, OK, PA and CA. 

Brad is a graduate of the College of New Jersey with a B.S. Degree in Accountancy and a Minor in Law and Justice.  He maintains memberships in the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and PFS (Personal Financial Specialist under the AICPA) and the NJSCPA (New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants).  

Born and raised in Medford, NJ, Brad continues to live there with his wife Stella and their four (4) children.  Brad is Chairman of the Medford Recreation Board as well as the Vice Chairman for the Medford Memorial Community Center.  In addition, he serves on the finance committee at St. Peters Episcopal Church where he served as finance chair for more than six (6) years.   In his free time Brad is an entrepreneur in the green energy business providing financial advice to maximize tax benefits associated with solar installation and usage.  His expertise has helped local non profits install solar power without any cash outlay as a result of utilizing tax benefits and financing.

 

Adam Drewry, CPA  (adam@paddencooper.com)

Adam has over 10 years of public accounting experience. Adam is a small business advisor specializing in accounting, auditing, tax and QuickBooks.

Adam is a graduate of Ramapo College with a BS in Accounting and also received his AS in Accounting from Raritan Valley Community College.  He is active in the community as the Treasurer to both the Medford Business Association and Chris Drewry Memorial Scholarship Foundation. 

Adam is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the New Jersey Society of Certified Public  Accountants.

Adam and his wife Johanna  have 4 kids and reside in Turnersville, New Jersey
